Ruby Tuesday Names Kimberly Grant SR VP of Operations; 13-Year Veteran of Operations and Finance Now Leads Company-Owned Restaurants
MARYVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2005--Ruby Tuesday, Inc., (NYSE:RI) one of the nation's leading casual-dining restaurant companies, has promoted Kimberly Grant to its Senior Vice President of Operations. She will direct management teams in more than 550 company-owned Ruby Tuesday restaurants across the United States.
